A charming 1880s Victorian 22ct gold sapphire ring. Dating to 1888, this beautiful antique piece features a rich indigo-blue sapphire, star-set into a softly domed band in the classic gypsy style. The sapphire measures approximately 3mm and sits flush within the rich, warm buttery yellow gold, with the dome measuring approx. 6mm at its widest point. This is a gorgeous heirloom piece that would make a fabulous alternative antique wedding band, a meaningful birthstone ring, or an everyday treasure for the sapphire lover!
