Refund policy

We hope you're delighted with your purchase, but if you'd like to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the return is accepted, you'll have another 14 days from the date of your request to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received. This means that items that have been resized, engraved or otherwise modified after being received are not eligible for return.

Return costs are at the expense of the buyer, and the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos so we can look into it as quickly as possible.

To start a return, contact us via email (support@secondsparkle.co.uk) or our 'contact us' page with your order number. We'll provide the return address and instructions. Please don’t send anything back without getting in touch first.
