For UK customers:

All items bought on our website are shipped free of charge. UK orders are typically dispatched with Royal Mail tracked delivery. We aim to get your order to you within 2-4 business days.

For US customers:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. US prices include tariffs and duties for orders up to $800* - no additional fees are expected on delivery. Our courier will require a US telephone number to process your order.

We aim to deliver US orders within 8-16 business days, though delays may occasionally occur due to customs or local postal services.

*For orders over $800: Royal Mail duty-paid shipping is not available; please contact us before purchasing to arrange alternative shipping. Please note that customs duties and fees will then be the buyer’s responsibility.

For international customers:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers outside the UK and US may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs or handling fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. We do not control or collect these charges.
