Shipping policy

For UK customers:

All items bought on our website are shipped free of charge. UK orders are typically dispatched with Royal Mail tracked delivery. We aim to get your order to you within 2-4 business days.

For US customers:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use a tracked duty-paid (DDP) service, with standard US import tariffs and duties included, so no additional import charges are expected on delivery. Our courier will require a US telephone number to process your order.

We aim to deliver US orders within 8–16 business days, though delays may occasionally occur due to customs processes or local postal services.

Please note that we cannot ship orders valued over $2,500.

For international customers:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers outside the UK and US may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs or handling fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. We do not control or collect these charges.
