A gorgeous vintage 18ct gold ruby and diamond toi-et-moi ring. Dating to 1943, this lovely wartime piece features a rich, dark red ruby sat alongside a sparkling old-cut diamond, both claw-set within a crossover design. The classic toi-et-moi ('you and me') design symbolises unity, making this a wonderfully romantic and sentimental piece -- as well as one with a bit of history!

There is evidence of previous repair to the shoulders and repair to the band (which is slightly off-rounded, not visible when worn). The diamond has a very small chip. The claws appear secure.
