A gorgeous and rather unusual Edwardian 18ct gold garnet and pearl gypsy ring. Dating to 1908, this beautiful antique piece features an oval-cut pinkish-red garnet, likely a rhodolite garnet, set horizontally at the centre and flanked by a lustrous white pearl to either side. All three stones are set into decorative starburst settings across a gently domed yellow gold band, giving the ring that classic late Victorian/Edwardian gypsy-ring look while the pearl and garnet combination makes it a little more unusual. Just delightful!
