Dating to c.1900, this beautiful antique piece features a classic quatrefoil design formed from four oval-cut amethysts in lovely pinkish-purple shades, centred by a seed pearl and interspaced with four further seed pearls around the edge. The gemstones are framed by lovely beaded gold texturing, while pretty pierced shoulders and stitch-like engraving extended around the shank add ornate detailing typical of Victorian design.
